- Handle incoming phone and outgoing calls from potential leads and potential customers.
- Cold calling for lead generation using various databases.
- Will be responsible to resolve queries of the customers over the phone.
- They will make the initial contact and hand the prospect off once interest is established or an appointment is made.
- Influences customers to invest in properties by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting as needed.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Follow up on leads till the closure
- Should have experience in Cold Calling & Lead Generation.
- Should have experience selling in any one of the following, REAL ESTATE, INSURENCE, RETAIL CHAINS, CALL CENTERS.
- Team player, Capable of leading the team and Mentoring them.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Able to deal
- Exceptionally skilled at forging long-term relationships.
- Should be able to walk the extra mile if required to ensure business growth, self starter and an independent thinker.
