Job Desicription.

  • Handle incoming phone and outgoing calls from potential leads and potential customers.
  • Cold calling for lead generation using various databases.
  • Will be responsible to resolve queries of the customers over the phone.
  • They will make the initial contact and hand the prospect off once interest is established or an appointment is made.
  • Influences customers to invest in properties by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
  • Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting as needed.
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Follow up on leads till the closure
Skill Set:
  • Should have experience in Cold Calling & Lead Generation.
  • Should have experience selling in any one of the following, REAL ESTATE, INSURENCE, RETAIL CHAINS, CALL CENTERS.
  • Team player, Capable of leading the team and Mentoring them.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Able to deal
  • Exceptionally skilled at forging long-term relationships.
  • Should be able to walk the extra mile if required to ensure business growth, self starter and an independent thinker.
  • Target oriented Individual.
